=PERTValue.P(P10, Most Likely, P90, Weight)
Function arguments:
| P10 | 10th percentile value |
| Most Likely | Most likely value |
| P90 | 90th percentile value |
| Weight | Lambda (weight) |
Returns a value from the Beta-PERT distribution, described by the 10th and 90th percentile values and the most likely value.
